We have created a private area where a number of health and beauty treatments are made available. This can be combined with a personal training session, but it is also offered to friends or partners of our clients at any time; whilst one of you has a tough "work out" the other can be pampered with a therapeutic massage or beauty treatment. Alternatively before a special weekend you may wish to spruce yourself up with a facial, waxing and manicure. During an extended programme of vigorous exercise, it is most beneficial to have a massage from time to time to help tone and relax your body and muscles. The space has its own lighting, climate control and sound system to create the right individual mood for a health treatment or beauty treatment. Our Wellness Salon is run by Kirsty Jones who is passionate about what she does and thoroughly enjoys making her clients feel good about themselves. She has worked in the industry for 9 years with a number of companies such as the Body Shop, Yves St Laurent, Elemis, Decleor, Dermalogica, Bare Minerals make-up, Molton Brown and Aveda.
