Michael Garry is one of the leading Personal Fitness Instructors in the UK. Having trained at London’s top health clubs, all his past and present clients bear witness to his ability to inspire clients of all ages and ability to achieve their fitness goals. His Body Change Programme, which last about 6 weeks, often provides the first platform for achieving greater levels of personal fitness, improved posture, increased energy and confidence. His creation of the White Room allows him to train clients in the perfect environment.
Helen Kapsali also operates from the White Room and has the same personal fitness philosophy as Michael Garry. She has been a personal fitness instructor for several years at Claridges and additionally offers to incorporate Pilates techniques into her programmes. She can offer essential, intermediate and advanced level Pilates workouts performed on a mat which focus on core strengthening and postural alignment.
