Michael Garry has long been recognised as one of the UK’s leading personal trainers. He has worked for many years at top London Health Clubs and recently at The Connaught, The Berkeley and Claridges. He has trained at every level from novice to athlete, managing to inspire his clients to higher levels of health and fitness at any age; currently his youngest client is 19 years and his eldest is 74! He has created his own Body Change Programme, which normally lasts for 6 weeks and will reduce fat, tone your body, and transform health, well-being and energy levels. After this clients tend to continue to train on a regular 2-3 weekly basis to maintain or further improve fitness levels.

The creation of The White Room by Michael Garry stemmed from a desire to provide the supreme and ultimate personal training environment, which is unique in the UK.
Michael’s colleague Helen Kapsali is imbued with the same training philosophy and also operates at the White Room in Belgravia. She has trained international clients for several years at Claridges and additionally offers to incorporate Pilates techniques into her programmes.
At The White Room you will have a choice of trainer and be allocated the same person throughout your programme at pre-agreed times.
